Medical Mutual Earns A-Plus Ranking from BBB
The Better Business Bureau of Greater Cleveland has given Medical Mutual a rating of A+. The BBB has a new evaluation system, which gives businesses letter ratings, from A+ down to F, replacing its old, general “satisfactory” or “unsatisfactory” ratings. These letter grades represent the BBB’s degree of confidence that a business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a goodfaith effort to resolve customer concerns. The rating system makes it easy for consumers to find reliable businesses.
